Kelley Stiffler PLLC was formed in 2003 to bring together the talents of three attorneys who have spent their entire legal careers in Southwest Florida. As a result of our extensive experience in this area, we are familiar with the local attorneys, medical providers, and businesses who are involved in our cases.
The firm handles matters relating to Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Employment Issues, Health Law, Contract Litigation, Wage and Hour Law, Construction Litigation, and Liability cases in both Federal and State courts. In addition, we also handle issues relating to licensing and insurance violations, Bureau of Compliance matters, and OSHA disputes involving the Department of Labor.
Paula Kelley has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1987. She is a former criminal prosecutor, who spent over ten years with a large Southwest Florida law firm before leaving after she was made a partner. She is a member of The Health Law Section of the Florida Bar, the American Health Lawyers Association, and is former member of the Executive Council, Workers Compensation Section, The Florida Bar. She focuses her practice on legal matters relating to health law, corporate, and employment litigation. She also handles Administrative Law matters as well.
Eric Stiffler has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1992. . He was a partner, and managed a department for a large Southwest Florida law firm until 2004. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Stiffler worked as an all lines claims adjuster in Michigan. He handles cases involving Workers Compensation, Wage and Hour, Breach of Contract, Construction Litigation, and General Liability Law. He is a member of the Workers Compensation Executive Council, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
