Kelley Stiffler PLLC has three of the most experienced attorneys handling workers compensation cases in Southwest Florida. Our attorneys have over 55 years of combined experience, and have handled thousands of Workers Compensation cases.
Historically, significant changes in the statutes and case law have made Workers Compensation a specialized area of the law. We have been involved in handling cases relating to the statutory changes in 1979, 1983, 1989, 1990, 1994, and 2003. This expertise gives us the unique ability to properly advise our clients on any facet of their Workers Compensation case.
We have handled cases from the most straightforward orthopedic or neurologic injury, to the most complex catastrophic brain injury, environmental or workplace exposure, and repetitive trauma cases. Our attorneys have written chapters utilized by the Florida Bar on Workers Compensation law, and have been past and present members of the Executive Council of the Workers Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.
